Deliveries are only made within the urban perimeter of Bogotá. If you wish to make deliveries to different addresses you must create a different address for each address. If you wish, you can place your orders up to two months in advance.

The value of the delivery is 9.000 COP, the cost of the delivery may vary depending on the postal code in which you want to be delivered. The delivery of the online orders will be made at the address that the client has filled out within the purchase format. Deliveries will be made on the date according to the 48-hour delivery policy, as long as the terms and conditions of payment have been accepted in advance, and there are no causes beyond the control of Toledo Pastelería that could delay the delivery of the order, such as any fortuitous event. It will be understood that any person who is at the address where the delivery is to be made is authorized by the client to receive the order, giving validity to the delivery, thus fulfilling the obligations that Toledo Pastelería has acquired in this regard. If no one receives the online order at the address, we will proceed with the return of the products to the nearest store, where the customer is obliged to contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours to collect it. Toledo Pastelería will not be obliged to do the dispatch again. If the client proceeds to request the forwarding, they must pay the additional cost of the new address, which is 9.000 COP or the same amount charged. In the event that the client does not communicate within 24 hours, we will be able to withdraw from the business and to refund 70% of the value of the cancelled products in purchased vouchers, discounting the value of the address. For all online order deliveries, the person receiving the product must present and identity document and sign a copy of the receipt.
